  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Shoes must not show signs of wear or damage.
  • Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send the item back without prior authorization.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges:

  • Request an Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and may need to place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
